Buying and quotes
- How do I buy Aselsis products?
- Directly from us. Aselsis designs and manufactures its products with its own team; there is no dealer chain in between. You can fill in the quote form on the contact page, call us, or send an e-mail. Your request reaches the team that builds the product.
- Why are there no prices on the site?
- Price depends on quantity, configuration and package length, so we do not publish a list price. Describe what you need in the quote form and we will put together a price for your case.
- What should I have ready when asking for a quote?
- The shortest route: which product you are interested in and roughly how many. For elevator communication the number of lifts, for vehicle tracking the number of vehicles, for Polarion the number of users makes the quote precise. If you are not sure, just describe the need and we will ask the right questions.
- Do you accept single-unit or small orders?
- Yes. We also take single-device trial orders; many of our customers first tried one device in the field and then rolled it out.
Installation and technical support
- How do I reach technical support?
- By phone, by e-mail, or through the technical support form on the contact page. Our hours are weekdays 08:30 – 17:30. Your request goes to the engineering team that builds the product, not to a sales desk.
- Do you support installation and commissioning?
- Yes. Our devices are designed so that a technician in the field can install them alone; the installation steps and wiring diagram are in the manuals on the Documents page. If you get stuck we walk you through it on the phone. On the software side, installation, configuration and user training are part of the service.
- Where do I find the manuals and wiring diagrams?
- On the Documents page. User manuals, wiring diagrams and overview presentations can be downloaded as PDFs — no sign-up or form required.
- Are your devices covered by a warranty?
- Yes. The Weaver vehicle tracking device carries a 2-year warranty with Aselsis technical support throughout. For the warranty terms of other products, please get in touch.
Manufacturing and development
- Do you design and manufacture the products yourselves?
- Yes. Circuit design, board manufacturing, embedded software, cloud infrastructure and the user interface are all built by the same team. That is why, when something goes wrong, there is no supplier in between — you get the answer from the person who designed it.
- Would you build a custom device or piece of software for us?
- Yes, under our outsourcing engineering services. We run embedded hardware and software projects, Industry 4.0 applications, turnkey software and machine vision work. Details are on the Outsourcing Services page.
- What do you do around Polarion ALM?
- As a Siemens Authorized Software Partner we provide Polarion ALM consulting, installation and configuration, workflow automation, data migration and training. We also build extensions; some of the ones we have developed are published in the official Siemens extension portal.
Data and privacy
- Do I need to install anything to use your software?
- No. Our software runs in the browser; you do not need to set up a server or install a program on every machine. There are also mobile apps for field teams.
- Where is our data kept?
- In Türkiye. Traffic is encrypted with TLS, data is backed up regularly, and you can export your records to Excel or PDF at any time. See the Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Notice for details.
- Do you use cookies on this site?
- We use no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. The only cookie is a functional session cookie that remembers the language you chose; it is deleted when you close the browser. That is why there is no cookie consent banner on this site.
