2. Personal data processed

Personal data is collected through this website only via the enquiry form on the Contact page. If you merely browse the site, no personal data of yours is processed; the site does not track visitors and uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

Categories of data processed through the form:

Identity: first name and surname
Contact: e-mail address; optionally phone number, company name, city/country
Customer transaction: enquiry subject, product or service of interest, package term, quantity, lift controller brand, how you heard about us, and the content of your message
Transaction security: the IP address the enquiry was sent from — used solely to prevent misuse of the form, held in the server's temporary memory for at most 10 minutes and not stored permanently

The form does not request special categories of personal data. Please do not enter such information in the message field.

3. Purposes of processing

Carrying out communication activities and responding to your enquiry
Providing information and price quotations for our products and services
Conducting pre-contractual discussions and concluding and performing a contract
Carrying out after-sales and technical support processes
Following up requests and complaints
Information security: preventing automated or malicious use of the form
Conducting activities in compliance with legislation and following up legal matters

4. Method of collection and legal grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically, by partly automated means, when you complete the enquiry form on our website. Processing relies on the following grounds under article 5 of the KVKK:

Article 5/2-c — Directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (for quotation and order enquiries)
Article 5/2-ç — Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller (commercial and tax record-keeping obligations)
Article 5/2-f — The legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (enquiry follow-up, keeping a record of correspondence, preventing misuse)
Article 5/1 — Explicit consent (the checkbox on the form) — only for processing not covered by the grounds above

Where processing relies on explicit consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.

5. Transfer of personal data

Your personal data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Transfers occur only in the following cases and only to the extent necessary:

To our e-mail infrastructure provider — so that your enquiry can reach us. As that provider's servers are located outside Türkiye, the transfer takes place within the framework of the KVKK provisions on transfers abroad.
To our server hosting provider — solely to operate the site technically.
To public authorities legally empowered to request it — upon request and to the extent required by legislation.
To our professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants — only where a legal dispute or obligation arises, and only as far as necessary.

6. Retention periods

At the end of the period, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or irreversibly anonymised.

Enquiries that do not result in a contract: 1 year from closure of the enquiry
Enquiries that lead to a contract: 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship (general limitation period under the Turkish Code of Obligations art. 146 and applicable tax legislation)
IP address: up to 10 minutes (held in the server's temporary memory, never written to disk or a database)

7. Your rights as a data subject (KVKK art. 11)

Under article 11 of the Law you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is being processed
Request information if it has been processed
Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred
Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
Request erasure or destruction under the conditions in article 7 of the Law
Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
Object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems
Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing

8. How to apply

You may submit requests relating to your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, by one of the following means: a signed written petition sent to our company address, registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address you have previously notified to us and which is registered in our systems.

Your application should include your name and surname, signature (for written applications), Turkish ID number (passport number for foreign nationals), an address for service, any e-mail address and phone number, and the subject of your request.

Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. Where the process entails a cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
