What this policy covers

This policy applies to the Aselsis corporate website at https://yogzi.aselsis.com. It explains how your information is handled when you visit the site and when you use the enquiry form.

Our products' own websites (Weaver, Aselmind, Turmetre) and their panel and mobile applications fall outside this policy; each has its own privacy notice. Likewise, when you follow a link to LinkedIn, YouTube or Instagram, that platform's own policy applies.

What we collect

When you simply browse the site, we ask nothing of you and we do not track visitors. The only way information reaches us is if you choose to fill in the enquiry form on the Contact page.

Information collected through the form:

Required: full name, e-mail address and your message
Optional: company name, phone number, city/country, how you heard about us
Enquiry details: subject (quote / technical support / general), the product or Polarion service you are interested in, package term, quantity (vehicles, lifts, users), lift controller brand
Technical: the IP address the enquiry was sent from — used solely to block repeated automated submissions, held in the server's temporary memory for at most 10 minutes and never stored permanently

The form does not ask for special categories of personal data (health, religion, union membership and similar). Please do not enter such information, or national ID and payment card numbers, in the message field.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to continue the conversation you started:

To respond to your enquiry, quotation request or support request
To prepare information and price quotations for our products and services
To conduct pre-contractual discussions and, if a contract is concluded, to perform it
To provide after-sales technical support
To prevent misuse of the form
To meet our legal obligations

We do not sell, rent or transfer your information for advertising purposes, and we do not send marketing e-mails unrelated to your enquiry.

Cookies

This site uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. The only cookie is a functional session cookie that remembers which language you selected; it is deleted when you close your browser.

For that reason we do not show a cookie consent banner. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Third parties

No third-party analytics tool, advertising network, social media pixel or embedded tracking code runs on this site. When a page loads, your browser makes requests only to our own server.

The only exception is the map on the Contact page, and it does not load by itself: it is fetched from Google Maps only when you press the “Show the map” button. From that moment your IP address and Google's own cookies come into play; until you press it, no request reaches Google.

The typefaces used (Inter and Sora) are served from our own server; no request is made to Google Fonts, so your IP address is not passed to a third party for that reason. The PDF documents in the Documents section are likewise hosted by us.

Only two technical service providers are involved:

E-mail infrastructure: when you submit the form, your enquiry is delivered to us as an e-mail. The servers of the service that handles this delivery are located outside Türkiye.
Hosting: our server hosting provider — for technical hosting purposes only.

How we protect your information

The site and the form are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS)
Only the team members who will answer the enquiry have access to form data
The form is protected by a hidden bot trap field, server-side validation and an IP-based rate limit
Server responses apply content-type, framing and referrer restrictions

No method of transmission is completely secure. We recommend you do not send trade secrets, national identification numbers or payment details through the form.

How long we keep it

At the end of the period, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. You may request deletion at any time.

Enquiries that do not result in a contract: 1 year from closure of the enquiry
Enquiries that lead to a contract: 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship (general limitation period under the Turkish Code of Obligations art. 146 and applicable tax legislation)
IP address: up to 10 minutes (held in the server's temporary memory, never written to disk or a database)

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business customers and is not addressed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have received such data, we delete it without delay.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to processing, among others. The full list of rights and how to exercise them is set out in the Data Protection Notice.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is changed. Where a change is significant, we say so on the page.
