Eyes get tired; the line gets faster.
When quality control depends on one person's attention, inspection slows as the line speeds up, results vary from shift to shift, and what was rejected and why is never recorded.
- Visual inspection can't keep up with line speed
- The acceptance criterion varies from person to person
- Rejected products and the reasons aren't recorded
From camera to decision, inside the line.
Every line is different; we shape the system around your product, your speed and your environment.
Defect detection
Faults and missing or wrong parts on the product are caught automatically from the camera image.
Measurement
Values such as size, position and alignment are measured from the image and compared with the defined tolerance.
Line integration
The system sits inside the line; we also develop the electronics and software that pass the result to the equipment on the line.
Records and traceability
The result of every inspection is recorded; what was rejected, when and why can be reviewed afterwards.
Project-specific development.
There is no one-size-fits-all in machine vision; we first need to see your product and your line.
We start with samples
We study your accepted and rejected samples and determine together which defects can be caught from an image.
We run a trial setup
We try the camera and lighting on the real product and review the results with you.
We integrate into the line
We install the system on the line, commission it and continue support after installation.

Suitability depends on the product, the defect being sought and line conditions. That's why we start with samples: we run trials on accepted and rejected examples and see together whether the result is good enough.
Yes, the goal is to integrate into the existing line. The placement of camera and lighting, and the electronics and software needed to pass the result to the equipment on the line, are developed within the project.
No, we work per project in this area. The vision software, the required electronics and the line integration are done by the same team.
