Who is this for?
People usually come to us in one of three situations.
Building a team isn't worth it
Hiring a hardware engineer, a firmware developer and a backend team for a single product is expensive and slow. For project-based needs, outsourcing gets you there faster.
You have a team, but a bottleneck
If your in-house team is tied to the current product and the new project keeps waiting, we open a parallel track.
A specific expertise is missing
When a narrow field like cellular communication, RF layout or machine vision is needed, we take that part.
What we take on
We can take the whole project, or only the layer you need.
Hardware design
Electronics design from concept to production-ready files.
- Schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout
- Power management and EMC-aware placement
- Component selection and cost optimisation
- Manufacturing files and assembly documentation
Embedded software
Firmware that runs on the microcontroller and updates in the field.
- C development on Cortex-M class MCUs
- Drivers and communication stacks (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, MQTT)
- Cellular modem and GNSS integration
- Over-the-air update infrastructure
Backend and interfaces
The server side that receives device data, plus management panels.
- Data ingestion and message queue infrastructure
- REST/MQTT API design
- Admin panels and reporting interfaces
- Server setup and monitoring
Machine vision
Visual inspection that integrates into the production line.
- Defect detection and measurement applications
- Camera and lighting selection
- On-line installation and calibration
- Integration with existing automation
From idea to series production.
The five steps we follow on every project.
Analyse
We map the requirement, the field conditions and the regulatory constraints together.
Design
Schematic, mechanical layout and software architecture are drawn up.
Prototype
First boards are produced and tested under real field conditions.
Production
The validated design goes to series production, with every unit tested before shipping.
Support
Monitoring, firmware updates and technical support continue after installation.
The output is yours.
Schematics, PCB source files, firmware source code and documentation are handed over at the end of the project. You are not obliged to do the next revision with us — though most do.
Get in touch.
Tell us what you need and we'll work out together which product — or which custom solution — fits.
